And yet their businesses struggle.
Not because they are not good at what they do, they are.
Not because they don’t know how to run their business or look after their clients.
Not because of lack of passion or drive.
Their business struggle because they are the best kept secret.
In other words, they know they are good, their immediate connections know they are good but beyond that no-one knows they exist.
It’s not the company with the best product or service who wins.
