I find it useful to ask this question several times a year;
What if you had to double it?
(side note: it used to be 10x but I found that too far a stretch for most)
Double the revenue, double the output, double the sales, double the marketing, double the operations.
It forces you to think well beyond incremental as smaller percentages does not shift your execution to the next level.
Incremental means a little more of the same and same just got you to where you are today.
To make big strides in your growth, think bigger, then work out the small stuff in between.
