These simple techniques trigger our FOMO response and we immediately want whatever is on offer just in case.
Take a moment to consider if the scarcity is real or will there be another opportunity later (or do you need it at all?)
Remove the anxiety from the decision and you might just save a bunch on crap you probably do not need.
