Whether you are a a business owner, a leader, a veteran employee or just starting out, developing a thick skin is part of the journey.
We tend to take it to heart particularly when we know the feedback or the knock backs are warranted.
Feedback on the most part however tends to come after the person providing it reaches disappointment or frustration. What we fail to do is to be more observant in our own behaviour and output during.
If we took note and adjusted sooner, we can choose to learn and self attune.
All said and done though, feedback is important and should be used as motivation for improvement rather than setting us back.
