Yes but… to me is a sure sign they have tried, been stopped and then blame the system for letting them down. They will proudly show you their battle scars to prove it.
Yes but… accuses someone else for their failure to progress.
Yes AND this is what I have done since… re-establishes your ownership and willingness to work on finding a way.
You cannot control everything but there is always a lot you can.
Take ownership, get shit done.
