Passion was on full display.
For my birthday my wife surprised me with a walking foodie tour. This was not a restaurant crawl along the high street but a producers tour through an industrial area. Craftspeople of coffee, cheese, gin, meat, gelato and more.
Artisans so passionate about their product it was palpable.
Sharing the smallest of detail knowing that it is these that make all the difference. Where the ingredients came from right down to the composition of the soil their feed was grown from.
These people work hard but with purpose and it shows. What a difference knowing your why makes.
