Bedside manner is an interesting trait for a highly specialised surgeon who are one of the busiest people you will meet.

They could come in, tell you where they are going to cut, how deep, what they are taking out, how long it will take. These details are important but it is certainly not how they start their relationship with you.

They ask questions, patiently listen, diagnose, test, consult well before they solve.

Right from the beginning, the ones that make you feel the most comfortable are the ones that lead with empathy and a healthy dose of authority.

They make you feel like they understand what you are going through and have the experience and conviction to solve your problem.

The average buyer is not looking for the best product in the market. They are however looking to make a safe, confident decision on you.
