Ghosted!
At least I thought I was.
Patiently waiting for someone to turn up to a prearranged meeting.
It is frustrating. You do your best to make arrangements, turn up on time, ready to engage, then nothing.

So instead of being annoyed or angry, I reached out with compassion and asked if everything was OK.
Everyone has a story and at any point in time you really do not know what is going on in someones life therefore foolish to think it was done with ill intent.

Invariably it is not about you, just the situation.
Be kind to yourself and others.
