Is good communication more important than a good product or service?
I would argue they are at least on par.
A great product that no-one knows about is worthless.
An amazing service that people do not understand is worthless.
You are doing yourself an injustice if you are the worlds best kept secret.
You have spent an incredible amount of time honing your offering yet many will spend very little time improving their communication skills.
You are not born with it, it is a learned (and practiced) skill.
Invest in it.
