When was the last time you truly listened to the conversation.
I mean, truly listen. Not allowing your mind to wonder, thinking about what to say next, waiting for your turn to speak.
Had my first interaction with a conversational AI and what I noticed immediately was how nothing went by without a response. Every nuance was picked up on. In the middle of a sentence I was distracted by my printer jamming and the AI had enough intelligence to say, I’ll let you be to get on fixing the printer, hope you get it sorted.
Are we at risk of being less human than that.
