I heard a stat that posited by age thirty five, 95% of our day is unconscious routine.
If this is true, only 5% therefore is conscious thought, a scary thought in itself.
Are we so stuck in a rut, on autopilot that we meander through life. Talk about Groundhog Day.
Unlike the movie however, we don’t seek to make everyday count. To learn a new skill. To make deeper connections.
Is it time to snap out of it.
