I love fennel. I love it as a snack, I love it in salads, I love its flavour, I love its texture. But not everyone loves fennel the way I do no matter how convincing my argument is.
In business we often feel the same love for our products and services.
But just because we think it’s the best thing since sliced bread, doesn’t mean our customers will think the same way.
Challenge is to find something the customer both needs and loves and give them that. No-one cares about your fennel fixation.
