#033. Invest your profits on experience

There’s a flywheel of growth that can be positive and negative.

Here’s how the negative goes:

When you are a startup, you go above and beyond for your clients therefore providing an excellent customer experience.

Excellent customer experience leads to more clients, but because you now have more clients you fine yourself with less time. Less time means you don’t put in the same amount of effort into your clients and your services you provide are now average or below.

Below average services doesn’t bring more clients, in fact it generally loses them. Now you are in a pickle.

Here’s how the positive goes:

You go above and beyond, your customer love and recommend you.

You get more clients, make more profit but still find yourself with less time. Rather than let your time issue lower your service standard, you invest the profit to innovate to continue to wow and provide a great service.

Great service, great experiences means you have more clients who are now raving fans that refer you even more leading to exponential growth.

The choice is yours, invest wisely.
