We all have a version of it.
A weekness that holds us back.
The longer it persists the more it grinds on our soul. A mental game of cat and mouse. Working on improvement whilst wanting to throw in the towel.
A switch in intent helps me progress. Instead of trying to do everything at any cost, I pick my battles and am OK with understanding without expertise.
Enough to be able to leverage another and know what I am asking of them.
In other words, you do not have to be great at everything. Focus on what you are best at and for the rest, surround yourself with talent.
Better to ask “Who?” not “How?”
