If you see someone standing outside a building just staring out into space you think, “what’s this weirdo doing?”. Yet if they are holding a cigarette, it seems OK to stand there for a while.
Same goes for standing doing nothing, patiently waiting for your friend to arrive. Just looking around like a psychopath, or looking down at your phone. One looks suspicious, one looks normal.
Not only that, it’s addictive as hell.
This new addiction or “computer in our pocket” has gained a whole lot of our attention and as business people, it should have ours.
If you are not already building your strategy and executing to incorporate a mobile world you are way behind the buyer. So if you are not visible on mobile, you don’t exist.
