Just do one more.

If you normally stop at ten, do eleven. Doesn’t sound like much but it’s ten percent more.

Stretching just a little bit adds up and can turn into hundreds with consistency.

One more won’t kill you but it might just put you ahead of the game.

    Reminds me of the story of the British cycling coach who, when taking over before the London Olympics, targeted 1% improvements in key areas. It resulted in the teams best ever performance.
