You can buy a burger for $5, you can experience one for $50. There are those who would never splash out on a fifty dollar burger and there are those who would not blink an eye.
You cannot get a fifty dollar burger at McDonald’s and you would never see a five dollar version at a Michelin Starred restaurant. Both have made a choice which market to play in and you do not see them wavering from it.
