If you’ve ever spent time in hospital as an inpatient you will understand what I mean.
Nurses are empathetic, patient and great listeners. They are also quick to respond, do as they say and will do pretty much anything asked of them. All with a smile.
Imagine an organisation with people with the same ‘can-do’ attitude. If everything they do is for the very best of the client. That nothing is too much to ask.
An organisation that is built around the customer. As if everything they do has a consequence and only the best effort will suffice.
With so many competitors in the market, often the only thing that differentiates you from the masses is the customer experience you provide.
