Spent a couple of days at a startup event where thousands gathered to learn, meet and spark ideas.
The energy levels were infectious and the community buzz was electric. I came away exhausted but massively inspired and hopeful for the next generation of Entrepreneurs.
It reinforced the idea that you must find and hang with your tribe. People who get you and inspire you to keep going, even if the odds are against you.
No matter what stage of business you are in, your peers are the ones who will carry you to new heights.
