When evaluating any new system or process there will be a primary benefit and secondary benefits or compromises. Ideally you want improvement on all three time, cost and quality.
Rather than shoehorn AI for fear of missing out, ask yourself why and what are you trying to achieve and then evaluating the best approach for that.
