Weirdly I love Mondays.
The house goes quiet again after the bustle of the weekend and routine kicks back in.
I am habitual by nature and a schedule gives me a sense of comfort.
When starting is the biggest challenge for most, for me as long as it is in my diary there is a good chance time will be spent on it.
If I want to start something new, I aim to make it a habit first so the instinct to get it done kicks in.
Want to get something done?
Break it into manageable pieces, set a deadline, make a promise, diarise it at frequent intervals, get it done, repeat.
