If you are doing this to others you are are doing it to yourself too.
One of my pet hates is people not respecting time. Not bothered by a few minutes or the occasional bump, it is those that are serial offenders.
You know the type, always running late for meetings, cancelling last minute and then taking calls mid meeting.
Here is the thing, if you operate like this you are doing yourself and others a disservice. Not only is it stressful, it wastes time, does not allow you to focus on what is at hand, you will not appear to care and diminishes trust.
