Spent time on the weekend prepping for a storm that never eventuated but I am glad I did as it gave me peace of mind.
Cleared drains of leaves, watched the flow of water and shored up items that might get knocked over or blown away. Jobs that if you tend too often enough are not a big deal to whip around and do.
Problems arise when left for too long.
Just like my garden a business must be able to endure storms to survive long term. Whether it is economic downturns, wars, cost of living or even pandemics.
If the last three years has taught us anything, we should probably clear those drains more often.
