There is something I would like to say to the next generation of leaders.
Listen more, react accordingly.
Be confident both inside and out.
Focus on better rather than just bigger.
Clarify your message and communicate it to everyone.
Your business relies on people, work for them.
Be sustainable from day 1 not 20 years into the future.
Kindness will get you further than arrogance.
Leave the world a better place and always back yourself.
PS it is not too late for current leaders.
