A neighbour asked me why I rake my lawn when there will be leaves on it again tomorrow.
You could say the same for cleaning your house or brushing your teeth but that would not make sense.
Regular maintenance of anything will keep it looking good the majority of the time and stop buildup of excess gunk.
So why is it that in business we neglect the very processes that keep the business alive.
Process bloat is the buildup of unnecessary steps that creep in over time and unless we clean them up, they will add time, effort and cost let alone reducing customer experience.
