I went into business at age 18 because my brother asked and I said yes.
I landed a job in IT because I said yes to a chance meeting.
I transitioned to Marketing because I said yes to a mate who needed help.
In each of these scenarios I was looking for change and without hesitation or fear I gave it a go.
Change for some is difficult and uncomfortable but necessary if you are looking to move on.
If you feel stuck, unhappy or unsatisfied your solution is to say yes to new experiences.
Careful though, saying yes all the time can end up in overwhelm so choose when it is time for yes and when it is better to say no.
