During a recent podcast interview I was expanding on a two part response.
Problem was, by the time I got through part one I had lost track of what part two was.
The host and I laughed that this can happen and rather than it being a fail or weird, it makes us human.
If you polish your act too much it has the negative effect of being robotic and not relatable.
In our minds we must come across perfect otherwise “what will they think”. It is also the reason we stop short of starting, doing or publishing. It can be debilitating.
Progress is better than perfection, I hope she leaves my fumble in.
