#0394 Unique

For thousands of years.

We have treated large groups exactly the same.

Factory workers to school kids, peasants to royalty, race, gender, colour, creed, all labeled and treated in cohorts.

Below the surface however we are all different in how we see the world, what affects us, how we react. Idiosyncrasies that make us unique.

Unwinding deep engrained bias will take some time but that is not an acceptable excuse for what you do today.

If you are fortunate enough to lead a team, stand back and ask yourself who are these individuals and what can I do to make them successful. What can you do to serve them.

Everyone deserves your respect, it starts and ends with you.
