Like most humans, you probably struggle with getting on with doing the things you know are important, but for many reasons you just do not seem to be able to get started.
If asked, you could probably rattle off a decent list a good reasons why that is so.
However within that list I believe there are two types of blockers that are holding you back. Those that are real, and those you believe to be real but in most cases are more perception rather than reality.
If you take a moment to seperate the two, you might find that the list of real blockers is pretty short and with a little effort, can be removed.
The challenge with the perceived list is mostly you getting out of your own way and just getting started.
