If I see something broken I like to fix it.
That goes for stuff at home as well as in business. If it is not right I like to make it so.
Problem is I seldom let others know, I just fix and move on. The issue with is that from their perspective, all is working just fine.
I am not looking for the credit per se but it is important that there is an understanding of what is going on and the value you bring. Without value, there is no appreciation.
So make sure your customers know what you really do so that when it comes to signing the next contract, you have a deeper track record of what really gets done.
