It is hard to explain work culture.
More than a nice office and friendly staff. Certainly more than free snacks and a pool table.
Having worked with many organisations over the years to me it is a feeling. Do I enjoy turning up? Am I inspired by the leadership? Do I effortlessly bounce ideas off my peers and iterate? Am I learning? Am I growing?
Alternatively, do I dread the next encounter?
There is a lot of talk about User Experience (UX) and whilst that is super important I believe if you focus of great Staff Experience (SX) then UX will naturally follow.
