To persist with something for a long time there must be a reason why and it is never money.
It is important in business to step back from the chaos on occasion and reflect on what is working, what in not. What you are collectively and individually good at and what you are not.
What you enjoy doing and what you do not.
There will always be gaps and things you could do better but that is not the point of this particular post.
Go a little deeper on the things that are working and that you effortlessly do no matter what. These will give you a clue as to what motivates you and where your comfort zones are.
Scratch even further and you might just discover your why.
After 300 posts I no longer do it for marketing purposes, or revenue or even my family.
I do it for me.
As selfish as it sounds, it allows me to dig into my thoughts and spend a moment making sense of the noise. Clears my head. Brings me peace.
