Trust forms a huge part in making a decision to buy something, whether a product or a service.
Do you trust the person selling it to you?
Do you trust the people who will deliver on the promise?
Do you trust that you are getting fair value?
This of course is well documented however an aspect of trust that is not spoken about often is the trust the supplier has in the customer.
Do you trust they will provide you with the information you need to do your job?
Do you trust they will provide the support required internally to champion the effort?
Do you trust they will pay on time?
For a truly great outcome and a harmonious relationship, trust must go both ways.
