#0590 Do Not Stop

If you have ever been for a run, particularly when starting out there will be times you jog and times you walk. Ideally though, you do not stop.

As you get fitter the jogs become longer and the walking stints shorter, but ideally you do not stop.

Getting out there consistently even when you don’t feel like it, is the key to progress.
