Acknowledge where someone is and then join them there.
No matter how good your product or service is, your sales pitch or your board presentation, if they do not believe, you will not progress.
Everyone is on their own path and the best way to direct them along it, is to walk with them.
Until you do that, you may as well shout from the rooftops at how bloody good you are and most will continue to pass you by and ignore you.
