Demand is not about your revenue goals for this month, that’s a consequence.
Demand is the alignment of what your clients need, when they need it, based off what you can do for them at the price they are willing to pay, in the timeframe you can deliver on your promise.
The key here is need and when.
The volume of that need x your capacity to deliver at the agreed price will determine your revenue.
Client needs first, focus on demand, revenue will follow.
Sounds obvious, but many of you will start with revenue goals.
