Attempting to buy something online and no-one has bothered to respond to my sales request. I have money, I want to spend it, and you do not reply to my question. Seriously.
Love them or hate on them you have to be impressed at how Amazon has virtually eliminated every barrier to purchase.
The experience is so easy it is addictive (and dangerous for the hip pocket)

Step back and walk a mile in your customers shoes and for goodness sake, smooth out the process.
