Unless you are the number one player in your industry, then you are a challenger.
Which means we are almost all challengers and a challenger does not win against the champion by being the same.
If you try and mimic what they do then why would the consumer, choose you instead of the number one player where they know what they will get?
If you want to stand out, have the courage and conviction to do something different.
